Hello, my Instagram and Facebook accounts have been suspended since Friday, September 13th, and it's said to have been caused by a roleplay account I have on Instagram, which is linked to my personal account. I had a previous roleplay account, which, due to a *** that occurred last month on my main Instagram account and also having the same phone number, my main account was suspended for a bit, but then reinstated after I not only changed my password but also submitted a picture of my ID and followed the steps to get it back.

My old roleplay account couldn't be recovered since I'm not the character I roleplayed as, so there was no way for that to be salvaged. However, when I made my new roleplay account at the end of last month, things were fine. But then my Facebook and Instagram accounts were suspended, only to be reinstated within a few hours of doing the typical steps of getting an account back. Now the same thing happened with my current roleplay account.

Whenever I've been able to open up my Instagram and try to log in, it usually tells me that it's suspended due to the automated computers that look over the various accounts on the site/app saying that all my accounts are suspended because of rules being broken by my roleplay account, but no rules were ever listed as to being broken. The same thing was said regarding my personal Facebook and Instagram accounts, but at first those were reinstated rather quickly. However, now my personal accounts on Facebook and Instagram are also suspended as a result of rules that I somehow broke on my new roleplay account, which again does not tell me what specific rule or rules were broken. Now, I know it can be said it's my fault for linking a roleplay account to my actual account and fair enough.

Although this new roleplay account did get suspended not too long after I created it, due to me following the typical steps of the face video, the cache, and even the ID photo to verify who I am, I initially got back into my roleplay account with no problem. But now I'm unable to get into my account and I've now sent photos of my ID multiple times in the days since this occurred and nothing has happened outside of a number of emails saying that the photo ID can't be accepted by Instagram at this time. I ask that you please help me get this fixed as I'm doing what is asked of me and it's gone on for over a day now. I just want to be able to access my Facebook and Instagram accounts again.

Sorry for the long message, but I wanted to be as thorough as possible so you will understand the situation in full. If that means I have to quit using and separating my roleplay account from my personal account on Instagram then so be it, but please help me get access to my personal account again, as well as having access to my Facebook profile and page.

i hereby write to you this text on the issue of my disabled instagram account due to the accusations that i do not follow your guidelines which is a wrong and forcebly accusations.i am an entrepreneur who make a living though instagram to connect to customers for business and earn a life through it,but the incident of disabling my account has caused a big impact to my life right now and i plead that you should restore/enable and give me access to my account one more.to be clearly taken care of my account name is bighomiefav which is registered on the email favourpingasa@***.com and was disabled on 30 September 2024.thank you for you attention,it will be my honour if you restor my account

Cannot reach a human being and have not been able to log into my account despite hundreds of attempts and all of the help support suggestions they offer. It is so frustrating not being able to share or keep up with friends and family milestones, lives, and more.

Never had issues before Meta. Why have a customer support number if you can't answer and the app is no longer what it was - not a compliment. I know my password, have access to my email, and it's even connected to my Facebook! I should be able to login to my account.

Never set up an authentication program for it (maybe it happened when my account was hacked last time. When I successfully submitted a facial recognition video to regain access to my account that is photos of myself and my children.) nor do I have a backup code and the reach support option doesnt let me submit anything the facial recognition video you are asking me to submit AGAIN to recover the account just freezes so I am unable to use that option and really just want to be able to keep in touch and communicate with my friends and family.

It sends you to meta payment center. But, I have been sending emails to Instagram, facebook and meta.

Contacted CEO, no response but was always on Instagram when I sent messages. Contacted people via Twitter, LinkedIn. I have screenshoots of everyone that I sent emails, dms and messages. Contacted that Bosworth person, via Twitter, and he blocked me.

Just because I ask for help, about a person account that threathing my sister, scammed a lady as well as defamation of character. But I also sent him a message in his dm letting him know how sad it is on what he done. I have screenshots of all of that. Instagram can say about community guidelines, when it comes to certain music or words while they shadow banning.

But when it comes to serious issues, then they are blind. But we all have to be mindful that we have family and just switch places with me. If someone was threathing your sister, wife, mom, daughter or any female in your family, how will you feel.

Keep praying because it can happen to anyone, we reap what we sow. Poor company, poor ,no support but rich CEO, CTO, COO and etc.

I am a law-abiding citizen and have never violated any of the Instagram community guidelines or terms of service.

I use Instagram for personal purposes and its sudden inaccessibility has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

I have made several attempts to contact Instagram's support team to resolve the issue, but to no avail.
